DELIVERY
Shipping is done in plastic packaging for textiles. Shipping times from receipt of your payment are 24 hours to which must be added delivery times by the carrier.
All delivery charges will be shown on the iambangando.com website at the time of ordering and will be calculated and added to the total bill for your order, if applicable. Delivery charges are only added to low value orders.
We now ship all our orders via Collisimo and provide customer service Monday to Friday from 11am to 6pm Paris time.
Please note that shipping charges applied are non-refundable; Shipping charges will apply to returned items that qualify for free shipping - unless defective or would like an exchange (size or item). We cannot specify a specific delivery time slot for your order. However, you will have the possibility to communicate directly with Collisimo in order to reschedule or redirect your delivery. Collisimo will send you an email as soon as the package has been collected and you will be informed directly at each stage.

Home delivery
Free delivery within 48/72 working hours by Colissimo La Poste (all orders placed after 12 p.m. will be processed the next day), packages delivered against signature to your home, in the event of absence a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox, in order to collect the package from the post office nearest to you.
Delivery in 3/4 working days in Europe
Delivery in 6/10 working days internationally
For shipments outside the European Union, any taxes (local, customs or import VAT) may be invoiced upon arrival of the package at destination and will remain the responsibility of the recipient.
DHL
Free delivery from 200 € purchase in Metropolitan France uniquely.
Delivery within 24 hours by DHL Express for all orders placed before 10 a.m. Please note that any order placed on Friday after 10 a.m. will only be processed from the following Monday by DHL.

RETURNS
You have 15 days after receipt of the goods to make a return.

Items must be new and unused, otherwise they will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
